It is next to a 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercentre and the championship golf course of Southern Dunes.

There is a brand new Lowes Store at our Entrance and a brand new Publix has opened on the US27,  2 minutes by car from our villa.

There are other local shops close by including the likes of Blockbuster for all your entertainment needs.

Driving From Orlando International Airport to the villa takes aprox 30 minutes, depending on the traffic!

It's a fairly straight forward journey once you come acustomed to the Florida highways!

Disney world is only a 15 minute drive away!

Just a 2 minute drive will take you to the nearest supermarkets, shops and resturants including all the fast food chains- Mc Donalds, KFC Pizza Hut, etc!

The villa is also 5 minutes from Mannies Chophouse

If you fancey traveling beyond Orlando, Florida's East and West coast's are a 90 minute trip!
