Cruzos Villa Orlando Booking Terms & Conditions   Bookings All Bookings must be made by a person aged over 25 that is a member of the party that will be occupying the villa   Booking Deposit A booking deposit equal to 30% of the total price (along with the security deposit see below) must be paid to secure the booking. The booking will be confirmed to you on receipt and clearying in the bank of your deposit. The booking will be confirmed by email. Confirmation We will send confirmation directy to you by email. The confirmation will contain your requested dates and other relevant information. You are required to carefully check your confirmation to ensure that it is correct and exactly matches your booking. If it does not match your booking requirements you are required to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation to inform us of any inaccuracies. Contract A contract will exist when we have accepted a deposit and issued our confirmation to you. Payment Full payment of the outstanding balance must be received no less than 60 days prior to arrival date on the confirmation. If the full balanace is not receive we reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer the property for rent. All reservations made less than 60 days in advance will be required to make full payment to reserve the booking. Security Deposit In order to secure the booking you will also be required to pay a security deposit of $400 irrespective of length of booking. This deposit is fully refundable on a satisfactory completion of your stay. The deposit covers any breakages, or damage to the property, or its contents and for any excessive cleaning costs above that normally required in connection with the rental. The deposit will be refunded to you as soon as possible and no later than 28 days after you have vacated the property less the cost of any breakages etc. Prices and Surcharges Our prices quoted on this website or any other website or printed material are subject to changed without notice prior to confirmation of a booking. Cancellation Notice of any changes or a cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation by you the following charges will apply: from confirmation up to 60 days prior to arrival 15% of rental price from 59 days to 35 days prior to arrival 35% of rental price from 34 dyas to 21 days prior to arrival 65% of rental price less than 20 days prior to arrival 100% of rental price In the unlikely event that we or our management company must cancel the booking any refund will be limited to any monies already paid to us by you. No claims for compensation will be paid by us or our management company as a result of any cancellation due to force majeure. Changes Made to Villa We may from time to time need to amend certain aspects of the accommodation, which we reserve the right to do at any time. Minor changes, if they occur may not necessarily be advised to you and will not qualify for compensation. In the case of any major change we will inform you in writing as soon as possible and once accepted by you will be deemed to be agreed between both parties. Liability You will be occupying a private villa and therefore are responsible for your own safety in respect of any loss, personal accidents or damages sustained by you or any members of your party during your stay. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate holiday and travel insurance to cover personal injury / accidents / damage. No claims whatsoever will be accepted by us our property management company. Pool All guests use the pool and its surrounding areas at their own risk. Children are required to be supervised at all times when using the pool or on the pool deck area. We and our management company will accept no responsibility for any loss or personal injury incurred from using the pool or its surrounding areas. Do not take glasses or bottles onto the patio or pool area. Arrival and Departure You may arrival at the property on the first day after 4pm and departure from property is at 11am on your final day. Smoking Smoking is not allowed in the property or pool area.
