The area is well served by banks, pharmacies, a post office and a variety of shops.

There is a Walmart (24hr), Lowes, Publix and many other stores within minutes of the villa

There are of course also numerous restaurants and fast food outlets nearby.

The Posner Park retail and leisure development, currently under construction, is about 10 minutes away, at the junction with Interstate 4.

Target, Belts, Best Buy, Dicks Sporting Goods and others are already open in this development with new stores opening every month.

The golfers among you will be spoilt for choice, with a number of courses only minutes away, including the highly rated Southern Dunes.

The excellent Champions Gate development is also very close by.

Although we sincerely hope you won’t need it, it is comforting to know that the Heart of Florida Hospital is also nearby.

The villa is 15 minutes from the gates of Disneyworld and all that the amazing theme parks have to offer.
